We currently only ship orders within Canada and the USA.

Our warehouse is located in Ontario, Canada.

We ship through USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS.

Orders can only be canceled or changed if they haven’t been processed.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us at hello@shopmilaandco.com.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any way and sent back in their original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to contact us before sending the return so we can issue a RMA number. We will not issue refunds for any items returned to us without prior communication.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will not send a return label unless it was a fault or issue on our end.

It is recommended that you include a tracking number with your return as we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Please note, refunds will be issued only once the item has been received and inspected.
